Waiting Time

Waiting charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on departures.

After 15 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled departure.

Waiting Time charges are assessed in ½ hour increments.

Train schedules cannot be monitored therefore billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time.

No-Show Fee

A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% Service charge plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.

In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without notifying Hilltop Limo LLC.

Cancellation Policy

Round Trips must be canceled as two separate reservations.

A cancellation fee equal to 30% of the trip cost will be charged for any cancellation before 48 hours of the reserved pick-up time. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the trip.

Note: A major credit card is required for all reservations. No Exceptions.


There is a $20.00 surcharge for all services scheduled between midnight and 6:00 am.

All rates exclude 20% gratuity.

We offer three types of car seats: infant, child and booster car seatsan extra fee of $10/per car seat needed*

à T         There is a $25.00 surcharge for services scheduled on the following holidays:

o New Year's Day Easter Sunday

o Memorial Day Independence Day

o Labor Day Thanksgiving Eve after 5:00 p.m.

o Thanksgiving Day Christmas Eve after 5:00 p.m.

o Christmas Day New Year's Eve after 5:00 p.m.

Note: A nonrefundable deposit of 30% is required for reservation.

*Our company is allowed to provide car seats upon the client's request. However, our chauffeurs are not allowed to install the car seat needed due to insurance regulations; customers will approve if the car seat is in good condition and install it at their own risk. Please inform at reservation which type of car seat will be needed.
